Saturday School is available on the Saturdays listed here.

Saturday School is from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm with a nutrition break.

Students must arrive at the flagpole before 8:00 am and they will be escorted to the classroom.

Late entry will not be permitted. It is important to arrive prior to 8:00 am.

Students may not leave early; any student who leaves early will not be granted credit for attending.

Students will be required to complete a reflection handout, and they will be given time to work on assignments from school.
This is NOT "free time" or time to socialize.

Students must bring their Chromebook and charger, along with any school supplies they may need to catch up on missing work.

A snack will be provided.

What is Saturday School for?
Saturday School serves two different purposes:

  • Attendance. Students are able to make up unverified absences by attending Saturday School. Each Saturday school counts as one full school day. This helps students interested in participating in school activities such as athletics and dances recover attendance.
  • Behavior. Students are assigned Saturday School as a consequence for some infractions, such as tardies, wandering campus without a pass, etc.

Who can assign a Saturday School?
All administrators and secretaries can assign Saturday School for behavior or attendance purposes.
Teachers may request a student serve a Saturday School for behavior.
Campus Supervisors may assign Saturday School as well.

What if the student cannot attend?
Please contact the secretary of the student’s assigned Assistant Principal with any questions.
