Where and when is Pacifica’s Prom?
Prom is at The Vineyards, Simi Valley
The event will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 7:30 to 11:30pm.
What is the theme of Prom?
Enchanted Forest
What are the ticket prices for Prom?
Tickets are sold individually.
Cash prices:
$125 for PHS students. (March 30-April 15)
$130 for PHS students. (April 16-21)
$130 for non-PHS guests. (March 30-April 21)
Credit Card, ApplePay, GooglePay subject to card fees.
When do Prom tickets go on sale? For how long?
Monday, March 30 to Tuesday, April 21.
(Please note: Tickets will NOT be sold after April 21.)
Where do I buy my Prom tickets?
Tickets will be on sale at the ASB Bookkeeper window before school, nutrition, and at lunch beginning Monday, March 30.
Do NOT go to the bookkeeper during class time.
If bringing a guest, you will need to turn in your completed guest pass to Mr. Castañón.
He will then email you once the guest is approved. You can then purchase your guest ticket.
Only cash and credit cards (with service charge) will be accepted.
Credit & Debit Cards must be in the student’s name. Sorry, no checks.
What do you need when you buy Prom tickets?
• Make sure any overdue textbooks are turned
• All outstanding fees have been paid.
• Attendance is satisfactory - no pending Saturday schools.
• You have good behavior - no suspensions.
• Guest passes are required for non-PHS guests. (Available in the ASB room on March 18)
Does my school attendance need to be above 90% to purchase a ticket and attend prom?
Yes.
What is included in the Prom ticket?
Admittance to the Prom, dinner, dancing, and entertainment/activities.

Who can buy tickets? Who can go to Prom?
Only Seniors and Juniors may buy tickets.
Sophomores and Freshmen can go as dates.
How old can my Prom guest be?
Guests must be no younger than high school Freshmen or no older than 20 per District Ed. Code.
Your completed guest pass must be turned in to Mr. Castañón for approval before buying your tickets.
When are guest passes available?
Guest passes are available in the ASB Room beginning March 18.
They will need to be turned in to Mr. Castañón for approval. You will then be emailed when your guest is approved and you can buy your tickets.
Guest tickets will need to be bought at the same time as the PHS Student ticket.
How many guests can I bring?
Only ONE guest per student.
Both student and their guest must enter Prom together.
Is there a physical ticket for Prom?
You will need your current 2025-2026 PHS ID or Minga and your receipt to enter.
A scanner will read your ID card and you will be given a ticket & wristband.
Be sure to have your ID and receipt.
Check-in will be at the prom venue between 7:30-9:00pm.
When is the latest I can arrive at Prom?
The prom doors will close at 9:00pm.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 9:00pm.
What is not allowed inside the Prom site?
All students and guests entering Prom will go through a security check.
The following is not allowed inside the facility: gum, open mint containers, chains, canes, glow in the dark items, lighters/matches, water bottles, sharp objects, markers/pens/pencils, any illegal contraband (alcohol/drugs). Don’t bring them.
Will there be buses to take students to Prom?
We are looking into it. It would be for an additional fee however.
Can I take a limo to Prom? What is the address for The Vineyards?
Yes, you may take a limo.
The address is 2525 Stow St, Simi Valley, CA 93063
Can I be driven to the event?
Yes, you may be driven to Prom. There will be a dropoff area in front of the Vineyards.
There are also parking areas for free.
What time will dinner be served and what are we eating?
Dinner will be a classic-style buffet served from 8:00-9:30pm. Dessert will be served at 9:30pm.
The menu will be available online soon.
All food and beverage is included in your Prom price. As an all-inclusive event, you will not be refunded for dinner if you choose not to eat at prom.
What if I am vegetarian or have a special diet/food allergies?
Please let Mr. Castañón know before April 21 so that we can work with the caterers to provide a meal that will meet your dietary needs.
How should I dress for Prom?
Prom is a “semi-formal” event.
Students generally wear dresses or a suit/tuxedo. Remember to keep it “classy”.
If I need a Prom Dress, will there be an event this year where I can get one?
PHS has hosted the “Prom Dress Project” where students were able to pick up a donated gown.
More details soon if we will be hold it this year.
Will there be a coat check at Prom?
Yes, there will be a complementary coat check at the event.
Only coats, shoes, and purses will be accepted at check in.
We will not hold cell phones or other electronic devices.
What time will formal photos begin and where will they be?
How much are the pictures?
Monarch Photography will be taking pictures at the prom venue from 7:30-9:00pm.
Photo prices will be available online soon.
What if I’m unable to go to Prom after buying a ticket? Can I get a refund?
In order to get a full refund, you must notify Mr. Castañón or Ms. Escobar, bookkeeper, by Friday, April 17.
After that you may be able to get a partial refund, as we will have submitted our meal totals to the caterer.
(An exception will be made for EXTREME circumstances only).
Can I buy my ticket over the phone?
No. We do not sell tickets over the phone.
Can I buy my Prom ticket online?
No. Tickets must be bought in person at the Bookkeeper window.
Can I buy my ticket at Prom?
No. The last day to purchase tickets is Tuesday, April 21.
No tickets will be sold at the Vineyards
What if I have a question about Prom not listed here?
Come by the ASB room at nutrition or lunch and ask Mr. Castañón.
