Dance Information
Saturday, September 13
7:30-11:00pm
Pacifica Gym
No tickets will be sold at the dance.
Check-In:
Enter Dance through Gate by Gym/Dance Room.
Entry Gates Close at 8:30pm.
Dance ends at 11:00pm
PHS Students must have a School ID Card for entry.
Your Ticket is connected to your ID Card.
Guests must enter dance with their PHS Student.
All students and guests subject to search upon entry.
No Re-Entry.
- Water and other refreshments will be sold for $1 & $2 (cash only)
- Coat check for $1
- Photo Booth
Jimbo's Funnel Cakes & Mr. Softee trucks will also be there.

HOMECOMING Tickets
PHS Students will need their School ID or StudentVue to enter the dance.
- SCHOOL IDS WILL BE SCANNED FOR ENTRY.

If a student did not purchase a ticket directly from the ASB bookkeeper, they will NOT be on the “approved” list and will NOT be allowed to enter, even if they possess receipt or wristband.

The ticket MUST be the PHS student's name who is going to the dance. (The name is listed on the receipt)

Guests must enter with their PHS date; the guest cannot enter alone.
Guests cannot be changed, only the approved name on the guest pass will be allowed in -
If a student cannot attend the dance and needs a refund, they will need to bring their ticket and receipt to the Bookkeeper window during school hours.

Students cannot sell or give their ticket to another student. They will not be allowed in.
School IDs will be scanned for entry.
Students and guests will need a photo ID to enter.
StudentVue will work for PHS students.

Searches will include a metal detector wanding as well as pocket checks and/or purse checks for students.
Do not bring large purses, bags, or backpacks to the dance.
The list of items will be confiscated and will include, but are not limited to:

Tobacco Products/E-Cigarette

Markers, Pens, Pencils

Selfie-sticks

Any Illegal Substance including alcohol

Gum

Water Bottles/Flasks/Drink cups

Open Candy or Mint Containers

Any liquid including perfume/cologne
-
Anything that can be used as a weapon (ie: wallet chains, sharp objects, certain keychains)
Any student determined to be acting unruly or under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance will not be allowed to enter the event and will face school discipline.
