Ticket Sales:

March 20 - 24 at ASB Bookkeeper Window during nutrition or lunch.
Prices:
PHS Students $15, Guests $20
PHS Seniors & ASB Cards $10 each

Tickets on sale at the door until 8pm: $20: PHS students only.

Guest passes are no longer available.
Must be turned in to Mr. Castañón by March 23

 

Check-In:

Enter through the parking lots gates between the E & H Buildings.
Entry is from 6:30-8:00pm
Doors Close at 8:00pm

There is no re-entry to the dance; once a student leaves, they cannot return.
The dance ends at 10:30pm. Students will need to be picked up immediately at the conclusion.

 

 

 

Caile to the Baile Tickets

PHS Students will need their School ID or StudentVue to enter the dance.
  • SCHOOL IDS WILL BE SCANNED FOR ENTRY.
  • If a student did not purchase a ticket directly from the ASB bookkeeper, they will NOT be on the “approved” list and will NOT be allowed to enter, even if they possess receipt or wristband.

  • The ticket MUST be the PHS student's name who is going to the dance. (The name is listed on the receipt)

  • Guests must enter with their PHS date; the guest cannot enter alone. 
    Guests cannot be changed, only the approved name on the guest pass will be allowed in

  • If a student cannot attend the dance and needs a refund, they will need to bring their ticket and receipt to the Bookkeeper window during school hours. 

  • Students cannot sell or give their ticket to another student. They will not be allowed in.
     

School IDs will be scanned for entry.

Students and guests will need a photo ID to enter.
StudentVue will work for PHS students.
Guests must enter with their PHS date; the guest cannot enter alone.

Students and guests will be subject to security screening before entering the dance.

Searches will include a metal detector wanding as well as pocket checks and/or purse checks for students. 
Do not bring large purses, bags, or backpacks to the dance.
The list of items will be confiscated and will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lighters/Matches 

  • Tobacco Products/E-Cigarette

  • Markers, Pens, Pencils 

  • Selfie-sticks 

  • Any Illegal Substance including alcohol

  • Gum 

  • Water Bottles/Flasks/Drink cups

  • Open Candy or Mint Containers

  • Any liquid including perfume/cologne

  • Anything that can be used as a weapon (ie: wallet chains, sharp objects, certain keychains)

Any student determined to be acting unruly or under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance will not be allowed to enter the event and will face school discipline.
