Please take into consideration the following rules when decorating your graduation cap.

 NO offensive language, sayings, nicknames, pictures, or lyrics on cap.
 NO objects such as signs, stuffed animals, bells, flowers, or any 3D object may rest on the cap.
 ALL decorations MUST LAY FLAT on the cap (Nothing can lay perpendicular thus allowing us to see the decoration beyond eye level)
 Your cap CANNOT make noise (No bells, horns, or anything that makes noise)

The following are suggestions for appropriate cap decorations:

  • A “Thank You” to a parent, grandparent, teacher, guardian, or mentor.
  • Recognition of the university you will be attending or military branch serving.
  • Inspirational quotes

Failure to follow these rules could result in not walking the line at Graduation.

Caps MAY NOT be decorated IF you use a rental Graduation Gown.

“Senior Sunset” has been held every year since our 1st graduation in 2004.
More information will be released in June through social media.

This event has concluded.

In past years, Pacifica would attend Disneyland or Magic Mountain for our traditional GradNite. Unfortunately as a result of the pandemic, both amusement parks are not hosting that event this year. Universal Studios, however, will be holding a Class of 2021 celebration at their park on select dates. We are providing information to PHS students if they are interested in attending the function.

This is not a Pacifica High School or OUHSD event. You will be purchasing tickets directly from Universal and providing your own transportation to the park. Tickets are $75 per person, which includes a meal. You are able to invite family members (or a guest).

Order Universal Tickets

This event has concluded.

Pacifica will be hosting a private Grad Party at Golf N Stuff on Saturday, May 22 from 10:30pm to 12:30am for $35.

The ticket is all-inclusive: use of both 18 hole miniature golf courses, lit’l Indy race cars, bumper boats, ramrod bumper cars, & 10 arcade tokens. (Students would need to purchase any additional tokens or food/drinks from the snack bar.)

Tickets will go on sale at the Bookkeeper Window on campus or at the PHS Webstore beginning Tuesday, May 18.
Tickets are limited to 250 Pacifica Seniors only.

Permission forms will be required to attend. They can be picked up when purchasing a ticket or at the cap & gown distribution event.
Forms will be turned in at the entry of the event.

Seniors are encouraged to arrive at the event around 10:15pm.
Seniors will go through a temperature check and security screening before entering the facility.
