Athletics Information

Are you interested in participating in Athletics for the 2025-2026 school year?

Please go to www.athleticclearance.com and create an account for your home school for 2025-2026!

In addition to creating your account, you will need to upload a current physical (new physical is recommended so it won’t expire during the season!) and transportation form. Transportation forms can be found at: www.pacificahigh.us/athletics/athletic-clearance Please follow all instructions on the website above to complete your athletic clearance.
This must be done in order for students to try out, practice, or participate in Athletics for the 2025-2026 school year.
