GUITAR ENSEMBLE

Congratulations to the Triton Guitar Ensemble! They received a first place win at Magic Mountain’s Music In the Parks festival and competition.  So proud of them!

DRAMA “THE OBSOLETE MAN”

Mr. Flesher’s drama class put on an outstanding performance of the Twilight Zone, The Obsolete Man, this week. Great work Tritons!

ACADEMY NEWS

PRE-ENGINEERING ACADEMY

Thanks to the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, five Tritons graduated from the OUHSD Pre-Engineering Academy today! We have some AMAZING students over here at TritonLand.

HEALTH SCIENCE ACADEMY

HSA Juniors met Dr. Nimira Alibhoy, Chiropractor in Agoura Hills, CA. She discussed her career pathway with the students. Dr. N also showed the students how she uses her infrared scanner to detect imbalances in the spine.

BOWLING DAY

Mr. Shettler, Ms. Magallanes and Ms. Rendon took their classes to the bowling ally this week. Pacifica makes sure our kiddos are having fun while learning social skills and being apart of the community!

Triton Fashion Show took place last Friday in preparation for Prom! PHS will celebrate Prom on June 1st at the Santa Anita Race Track

Physics classes are learning about alternative energy beginning with energy transfer and conversion.

OPD CEREMONY

Principal Lawrence had the honor to represent Oxnard Union High School District this week as Oxnard Police Department held a memorial ceremony to pay tribute to the seven OPD officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.

UNIFIED SPORTS TEAM

Oxnard Union High School District recognized the Unified Sports Teams from Pacifica, Adolfo Camarillo, Rio Mesa and Oxnard High School. Shout out to our Triton Teacher, Cristina Magallanes for all her hard work getting Pacifica Unified off the ground.
