Weekly Update 9/14/18

On Thursday September 13th Aaron Ferguson, a CA Milken Educator was visited by the Milken Team during his Social Entrepreneurship class. Pacifica is very lucky to have some of the best teachers in America!




On Sept. 14th, Pacifica will be holding their first dance of the year, “Friday Night Lights”, in the gym from 8:30pm -11pm, following the football game. PHS student tickets are $10, ASB Card Holders, $1, and Freshmen discount price of $5. Tickets will get students into both the football game and dance.

ID Photos were held last week for Freshman. Over 800 had their picture taken. The make up day will be Thursday, October 4.

Radio Station Q95.9FN and KEYT-3 will be on campus Friday, September 14th to promote the Football Game against Santa Barbra.

Class assemblies will be held on Thursday, September 20 during period 1-4. Information from Administration, Counseling, PBIS and activities will be presented to the students.


PHS Varsity defeated Hueneme High School in another non league game last week. Our Varsity Football team is ready to play this Friday against Santa Barbra.




Principal Ted Lawrence gave a presentation at  Pacifica’s first PTSA Meeting of the year on Wednesday night. Under the direction of President Yecenia Alvarado, PTSA packed the house!
